ANXIETY can show up in many ways: racing thoughts or upsetting thoughts, ruminating, physical symptoms such as tension, rapid pulse, upset stomach, or foggy thinking. Anxiety deprives us of peace and often affects our relationships.

Through extensive training and practice in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy & Interpersonal Neurobiology, my approachj very effective in addressing and reducing anxiety symptoms for an easier way of life.

The work I offer gets to the root of anxiety so that foundational shifts happen in the way you experience yourself, your everyday life, and your conflicts. This provides a deeper level of relief as opposed to approaches that address only behavior patterns.
