Anxiety can show up in many ways: racing thoughts or panic thoughts, physical symptoms such as tension, raised pulse, upset stomach, or foggy thinking. Anxiety deprives us of peace and often affects our relationships.
Through extensive training and practice in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy & Interpersonal Neurobiology, I have become very effective in addressing and reducing anxiety symptoms for an easier way of life.
